Marketing Policy
Effective · July 16, 2026 · v1.0
This policy explains how Hakami Real Estate handles property advertising and direct promotional messages. Our FAL real-estate brokerage and marketing licence number is 1200048780.
1. Launch position
Hakami Real Estate does not send automated promotional email, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or promotional calls at public launch. The website's marketing signup and its subscription endpoint are disabled.
You can still ask about a property, request a viewing, or offer a property. We will use your contact details to answer that request only. An enquiry, a phone number, acceptance of a privacy policy, or a service message is not consent to marketing.
2. Property advertising
We aim to make every property advertisement accurate, current, and attributable to the proper licence. In particular, we will:
- publish only with appropriate authority from the owner or authorized representative;
- verify the required advertisement facts before publication, including the advertised right and purpose, property description and status, location and material details, relevant services, rights or disputes, advertiser and matching contact information, advertisement-licence number and expiry, and the applicable activity licence;
- show those facts directly or make them available through the official advertisement-licence record and QR code where the regulation permits that method;
- distinguish the firm's FAL brokerage licence from a property's own advertising licence;
- avoid misleading claims, hidden material conditions, or an inaccurate property status; and
- correct or remove an advertisement when authority, purpose, or licence validity ends.
Visitors can verify our brokerage licence through the Real Estate General Authority broker register. Property-specific licence details appear on the relevant property page when required.
3. If direct marketing is introduced later
Before any direct-marketing feature is enabled, we will provide a clear, affirmative choice that states the sender, purpose, and channel. We will not preselect the choice or bundle it with a property enquiry.
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and promotional calls will each require the permission applicable to that channel. We will keep evidence of the choice, including the contact, channel, notice version, language, source, and time.
We will not buy contact lists, scrape contact details, use sensitive personal data for targeting, or assume that a number supplied for a viewing can be used for every channel.
4. Stopping messages
Every automated campaign will include a simple way to stop that channel. A withdrawal request sent to info@hakamiaqar.com or made by phone at +966 9200 16994 will also be accepted.
We will stop future campaign sends as soon as reasonably possible and keep only the minimum suppression record needed to avoid contacting the person again. A later subscription requires a fresh affirmative choice; importing a list will not override a suppression record.
5. Providers and sharing
We will identify any campaign provider in the Privacy Policy before enabling it. We will not sell a subscriber list or give it to an unrelated business for that business's own marketing.
Advertising platforms may process technical data under their own policies when a person deliberately follows a link to them. Optional advertising tags and enquiry attribution are disabled on our site at launch.
6. Contact and complaints
For a question, correction, or stop request, email info@hakamiaqar.com or call +966 9200 16994.
Concerns about a real-estate advertisement may also be raised through the channels published by the Real Estate General Authority. Privacy concerns may be raised with SDAIA's Personal Data Protection platform after giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Changes
If direct marketing is enabled, this policy, the Privacy Policy, and the live consent and opt-out controls must be updated together before the first campaign is sent. The current version and effective date will remain published here.
