Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by hakamiaqar.com. The Privacy Policy explains how Hakami Real Estate handles the personal data connected with them.

1. Launch position

At public launch, the site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or any storage for profiling or ad personalization. Because there is no optional tracking to accept, the site does not show a consent banner. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced later, it will stay off until you make that choice, and this policy will be updated first.

2. What we use, and why

The site only uses cookies and browser storage that keep it working and secure:

• Access and sign-in — keeps the private editor and any pre-launch access working for authorized Hakami Real Estate staff. Ordinary visitors do not receive one.
• Security — Cloudflare Turnstile helps tell a real person from automated abuse on protected forms. Cloudflare receives the technical request details it needs for the check. It is used for security, not advertising.
• Saved properties — when you save a listing, a small copy is kept on your own device so you can find it again. It stays in your browser and is not tied to any account.

3. External resources

Some features load resources from providers that receive ordinary technical connection data such as your IP address and browser type:

• Google Maps, when a map or location feature is opened;
• View Walks or another approved media host, for property photos and tours; and
• Cloudflare, for the security check above.

These deliver the service; they are not advertising tags. Where a feature can reasonably wait for you to use it, we load it only then.

4. Your controls

You can remove saved properties from the site. You can also use your browser settings to inspect or clear cookies and stored data for hakamiaqar.com. Blocking everything may stop a protected form, map, property tour, or staff sign-in from working; core property pages still work without accepting any optional tracking.
